Iranian engineers kidnapped in Afghanistan released (AFP)

HERAT, Afghanistan (AFP)-the 12 Iranian engineers kidnapped in Western Afghanistan has been released with the three Afghan colleagues, police and officials of the two countries said Wednesday.
