In the Middle East, growth companies, good management is not necessarily good Leadership!

So many people that have experienced especially when managers working in the Middle East, take advantage of micro departments and their people to the point where employees feel that the work is frustrating and redundant. Business leaders have a tendency to make all decisions in all the departments because of their lack of confidence in their staff even though they are more then capable of taking informed decisions. This may be due to the fact that many are managed private family businesses that have a long history to pass the reins of the company to members of the family who have little or no experience or enthusiasm in the operation of the family businessbut when they do, there is an inability to trust their employees to make decisions of solid Affairs said Feisal Hammude CEO of Dubai projects.

Many of these entrepreneurs can be more concerned about minor details company, then with the company global vision and strategy, even if the company is experiencing a growth and profit. There is more than a concern for a quick profit at the expense of a healthy and happy work environment which causes the morale of the poor in the workplace and the inability to retain their best talent. The trend is changing slowly but due to strong competition and a force of great expat working for the North America and Europe who are slowly educating businesses and the dissemination of their own experience. At the same time, young people have had the experience to be trained abroad and brought new skills and expertise by making managers advised of some large companies in the region.

Attitude of leadership

In a recent article by Ron relive Leadership is the ability to lead, to set a course and to define a vision and choose the best way to get there and ensure that everyone in an organization goes in the same direction. Management following leadership. Once a direction is defined, evaluates the management objectives - to do things correctly - and said, "Here is the best way to get there."

In the early stages of a company, the owner must be a leader and Manager. But as the company grows, it becomes more difficult for a person to lead and manage. When articles are written on a company once promising that fails, reasons usually include things like the lack of necessary capital, unexpected competition or failure of a contractor to delegate. These could well contribute factors. In fact, often the underlying reason is that the owner was either too busy to handle direct or that he did not know how to manage their idea an once-great success.

On the other side

The size of a company has nothing to do with whether the strong management may substitute for great leadership or vice versa, as well. Both large and small companies need each other, and know the difference between the two is particularly crucial for companies making a transition from start-up to a successful and growing business intermediary.

Find your niche

Most companies spend tremendous energy and try to find a niche market for their products or services to minimize competition, maximize profits and to ensure the continued success of resources. But rarely the person at the top of the company expense all find their own niche in the enterprise in real time: they are better leaders and managers? The answer is also important for the future of the Organization to know where to fit into the market.

The answer is not always easy to find, especially for someone who had a flash of entrepreneurial overview a profitable, growing company with a bright outlook. Is not always a response that appears with the flash and the company created in the first place. But the process of finding the answer requires drive and commitment as a person dedicated to first the success of their business.
